How much are the shipping costs?

If the actual amount of your order is $0-69.98, you pay the standard shipping costs of $5.99.
If the actual amount of your order is more than $69.99, we will send you free shipping. You will not have to pay for shipping.

You will receive a tracking number with every order.

How long is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 10-18 days. If you have not received a shipping notification for a long time or if your order cannot be tracked, please contact us.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you resend the package?

If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal service, we cannot offer a replacement or refund because we are not responsible for theft from your home. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
